  • 2025 Pause & Paint: A Creative Conversation on Menopause #3

Pause & Paint: A Creative Conversation on Menopause #2 Our recent Pause & Paint  event brought women together for creativity, connection, and open conversation around menopause. Thanks to the Park South Family YMCA , participants enjoyed a warm and welcoming space where they could paint freely, share stories, and support one another. Each guest left with a hand-painted pottery piece and a sense of empowerment and connection. A huge thank-you to our Community Engagement team  for making this event happen three times and helping share important information with the community. We also appreciate Planned Parenthood  for supporting the art session and helping create a fun, inclusive space for everyone. #PauseAndPaint #WomensHealth #MenopauseAwareness #CommunityWellness #YMCA #PlannedParenthood
