Pause & Paint: A Creative Conversation on Menopause #2
Our recent Pause & Paint event brought women together for an afternoon of creativity, connection, and open conversation around menopause. Facilitated by the YMCA, the event offered a warm, judgment-free space where participants could enjoy a guided painting session, a delicious meal, and the opportunity to share personal stories and support one another.
Each guest left with a hand-painted pottery piece — a symbol of self-expression and community. More importantly, they left feeling seen, empowered, and connected, helping to break the silence around menopause through honest, uplifting dialogue.
