Pause & Paint: A Creative Conversation on Menopause

Pause & Paint brought together women for an afternoon of creativity, connection, and open conversation around menopause. In a warm, judgment-free space, participants enjoyed a guided painting session, a delicious meal, and the chance to share personal experiences and support one another.

Each guest took home a hand-painted pottery piece — a reminder of both self-expression and community. More importantly, they left with a sense of empowerment and connection, helping to break the silence around menopause.
